Available for London delivery & Collection only
To collect from the shop please add the product to your basket and enter the store’s postcode as prompted by instructions.
We deliver Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm. We do not deliver weekends or UK Bank holidays except Mothering Sunday & Valentine’s day. Delivery charge depends on postcode.
Kensington Flowers offer a same day London flower delivery service for bouquet, vase and small orchid plant orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time). However, 24 HOUR NOTICE is recommended for large and luxury size gifts & 48 HOUR NOTICE is recommended for other selective products.
If you require flowers delivered at short notice or outside of our normal delivery times, please call us directly on 020 7225 3176 and we will try to arrange it for you. Alternatively, if you are based overseas and prefer to email us with your requirements, we will do our best to respond quickly and accommodate your wishes. Please allow for any time differences between us.
For local postcodes we deliver using our little ‘Eco’ green van or by foot. All other areas are delivered by our delivery driver Rob or one of our trusted courier partners.
We request a telephone number for all recipients to confirm arrangements and a signature or photograph is used for proof of delivery. For locations where a third party is involved, a signature from a member of staff will be accepted as proof of delivery. We take no responsibility for deliveries where incorrect information is given, so please read our terms & conditions for more information.
