Delivery
We offer same-day, next-day or weekday local delivery services across Kensington, Chelsea and the surrounding neighbourhood areas of Knightsbridge, Holland Park, Notting Hill – as well as most Central London postcodes.
We make sure to personally deliver local orders ourselves – either on foot or in our little green van. Deliveries based further afield are delivered by our trusted courier partners.

Covid-19
The shop door has to remain closed, but we are still working, offering contactless doorstep delivery aligned with government guidelines.
As a business we have taken all necessary safety precautions and observe strict social distancing guidelines.
During this time, we won’t be filling the shop with as many flowers so please order in advance to avoid disappointment. If you require delivery at short notice, we recommend you phone to speak to either Juliet or Douglas directly by calling 020 7225 3176 / 07493 707636.
Delivery & Collection
We currently conduct a contactless doorstep delivery service. Where possible, we are using photography as proof of delivery instead of a signature and we require the telephone numbers of all recipients to ensure safe delivery can be arranged. Unfortunately, we are not offering any shop collection service at this time.
In Store – when we are able to reopen again
When visiting our shop during this time, please wear a mask and ensure you are keeping a safe distance from our staff and each other. We encourage a one customer in the shop policy and kindly ask you use the hand sanitiser provided.
