Amazing experience all round. I wanted the element of surprise to show my appreciation for somebody , but the surprise was on me as they were on leave. The service, courtesy, and communication subsequently shown by Kensington Flowers was incredible. Not to mention that their flowers and arrangements are fabulous too. Thank you so much

I ordered a spring bouquet from Kensington Flowers as an engagement gift for family and was so delighted with how it turned out! They used beautiful seasonal flowers and delivered it right on time, sadly I live in the US but if I were local I would be a weekly customer!! 10/10!

Our friends in London hosted our son for several days while he traveled abroad so we wanted to send a thank you. Being from New York, I googled "local florists" & Kensington Flowers was the most highly rated & allowed for same day delivery. I placed the order & emailed them to follow up. They were extremely responsive & friendly and sent me a preview picture so I could see the flowers. I said I wanted them to be tall & elegant and I could tell they proudly put effort & care into making sure it met my expectations. Our friends received them within 3 hours - they arranged delivery when they were home - and they were both impressed and thrilled! Thank you to Juliet, Douglas and the entire KF team.

This was my first attempt ordering flowers to be sent in the UK and the process could not have been easier. Kensington Flowers has some unique options which I really liked. The flowers were delivered promptly and are beautiful!

Wonderful service and care! I needed to change delivery date at the last minute (my flowers were already out for delivery) and when I rang and explained my error there was absolutely no hesitation in the response of staff to hold delivery and deliver flowers a week later. Thank you so much to the lovely staff members that I communicated with! 🌸🌸

Gorgeous flowers in an absolutely beautiful arrangement! I live in the US. My friends were visiting London for a birthday. I found the Kensington Flowers site online and ordered a lovely arrangement in a champagne bottle. So fabulous! I asked questions online and Juliet answered within a few hours. My friend loved this stunning floral arrangement! This florist is exceptionally creative, professional and courteous!

I live in the US and placed an order for delivery. Juliet was incredibly helpful— providing an immediate response to my email, and I was able to place an order for delivery easily on the website. The flowers were delivered within 24 hours to my sister’s residence, and they were BEAUTIFUL! Thank you so much for your lovely service. I hope to visit in person in the future and will definitely be ordering again!

An interestingly varied and informal bouquet, which was what I wanted, delivered on the day requested. And everything was in lovely, fresh condition too. I just can't help feeling the overall effect was a little on the sparse side for the money. Perhaps I'm out of touch with London prices but is this really all you get for £75 (plus £9.50 delivery charge)?

I have been meaning to write a review for a while but really needed to as the service that I had from Kensington Flowers was superb. To cut a long story short I live in Cornwall but was getting married in London last November. I made a few enquiries with florists in Kensington and decided on Kensington Flowers because of the reviews that I had seen and also the contact that I had with them. I dealt with Juliet via e-mail and she was delightful. She suggested that I send an image of my dress colour so she could match the dress colours with the bouquet and button holes, which I did. The whole process was very easy and stress free and on the morning of our wedding I popped in to collect the flowers, not really knowing what to expect but not worried as I felt very confident in Juliet and her staff. When I saw the flowers I was blown away. Far better than I had ever expected, truly beautiful and Juliet and her team had listened to my requests and completely delivered. The most beautiful flowers I have ever seen and the colour match with my dress was perfect. I would recommend them again in a heart beat. The bouquet they designed was stunning and lasted for over a week and was excellent value for money. I just wish I lived closer as I would be buying from them on a weekly basis.
